1. Who we are
This website’s address is https://orai.li. It’s a developer’s (MB Digitaurum) website for the app Orai Lietuvoje – Lithuanian version (English translation: Weather in Lithuania). This Privacy Policy applies for our weather forecast app Orai Lietuvoje, which is available in both Google Play Store and iOS App Stores: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=appside.orai, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/orai-lietuvoje/id1550518604. Weather forecasts are acquired from free or paid weather forecasts APIs: Norwegian Meteorological Institute, Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service and OpenWeatherMap.
MB Digitaurum built the Orai Lietuvoje app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by MB Digitaurum at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Orai Lietuvoje unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information collection and use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to IP address, device information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Orai Lietuvoje downloaded to your mobile phone or tablet may rely on location based services, such as your Global Positioning System “GPS” to inform you about weather forecasts regarding your current location automatically or upon demand. Such location-based functions are set by default. You may deactivate or reactivate these functions in the settings of your respective device. Before or after installing the apps – depending on your device – you will be asked whether you prefer to (de)activate these functions. We may only collect data regarding your location if you turn on such location services.
We do not collect any other personal information about you, that may be used to identify you as a natural person.
Our app and website do not share personal information with third parties. When you write us an e-mail we’ll have your address and we will use it only to reply and support your usage of our app.
3. Advertising ID tracking technology and third party Services
We also collect information about your access to our app using Apple’s iOS IDentifier for Advertising (“IDFA“) and the Google Advertising ID (“GAID”), which is technology similar to cookies.
This technology comprises pieces of software that include a unique reference code that store and sometimes tracks information about you. These can last only for the duration of your use of the Apps. Others are used to remember you when you return to the App and will last for longer.
We use these technologies to:
- allow you to move around the app more quickly and easily;
- customise elements of the layout and/or content of the app for you;
- collect anonymised, statistical information about how you use the app so that we can improve the app;
- provide relevant and personalised advertising for you, in case you opt-in.
3rd party advertising platforms and techologies that we may use are the following:
- Google Admob;
- Rubicon;
- Facebook;
- Mopub;
- Pubmatic;
- Smaato;
- Media.net.
You can opt-out of previously covered tracking mechanisms at any time. If you would like to opt-out of technology we employ through our app, you may do so by blocking, deleting or disabling them as your device permits.
As Orai Lietuvoje may contain third party advertisements and links to other websites and apps which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please note that, if you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these websites may collect (personal) information from you. This information will be used by them and will be subject to their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
4. Accessing, rectifying, removing, blocking or revoking of personal information
Upon request, we will provide you access to the personal information held about you, unless specific limitations apply (e.g. if providing access would be unlawful or technically we cannot connect your provided information to the information we collected).
We will respond to a request for access to personal information within a reasonable period after the request is made, and give access to the personal information in the manner requested by you, if it is reasonable and practicable to do so.
If we do not agree to provide you with access, or to amend your personal information as requested, you will be notified accordingly. Where appropriate, we will provide you with the reason/s for our decision.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Orai Lietuvoje is provided “as is”. You expressly agree that use of the services is at your sole risk. Neither us, or our affiliates nor any of their officers, employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services, or from the information contained in therein, or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information, service or merchandise provided through the services. In no event will covered parties or any other person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing the services, be liable for any damages, claims, or injury, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or personal or bodily injury, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the services, or arising from or in connection with your creating content, by videotaping, photography or otherwise, for submission to the services, and you hereby assume all risk for any damages, claims or injuries.
The services are provided on an “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law. Additionally, there are no warranties as to uninterrupted availability; that any errors or omission will be corrected; or the results obtained from the use the sites, services or apps.
